- Overnight Surcharge: Applied when on-site service requires overnight accommodation due to travel distance exceeding 300km one way, regional/remote locations, multi-day service requirements, or early morning start times requiring previous evening travel. Calculated per technician per night.
- Urgent Service Fee: Applied for same-day or next business day service requests outside standard 1-3 business day lead time. Includes emergency repairs and time-critical service requirements.
- Weekend/Public Holiday Surcharge: Applied for service visits scheduled on Saturdays, Sundays, or Australian public holidays. Covers additional labour costs for non-standard working hours.
- Equipment Dismantling: Applied for dismantling, removal, or extraction of existing dental equipment prior to new installation. Includes systematic disconnection from utilities and safe removal of components.
- Salvage Parts Service: Applied for extraction and salvage of specific components from existing equipment for reuse. Includes light heads, control boards, wiring harnesses, and other reusable parts. Salvaged parts are provided "as-is" with no warranty.
- Urgent, weekend, and public holiday services are not guaranteed and will be scheduled subject to technician availability and approval by the Technical Support Team.
- Multiple surcharges may apply where a service request falls under more than one category. (e.g., an urgent service performed on a weekend or public holiday may incur both the Urgent Service Fee and the Weekend/Public Holiday Surcharge)
- Osstem does not provide equipment removal or disposal services. Customers must arrange removal and disposal through their own service providers prior to installation.

Equipment delivery pricing and scheduling
Equipment delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery distance, equipment type, quantity, and any special handling requirements.
Delivery schedules are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply where special access, additional handling, or non-standard delivery arrangements are required.
